MOOV
MOOV is an Active Sport Complex on the southern edge of Montpellier — a former factory acquired, renovated and extended by Boixel, and designed as a new destination dedicated to sport, wellness and lifestyle.
At its core, MOOV brings together a curated mix of specialist sport and outdoor retailers, including Sport 2000, Espace Montagne, Wear Select, Mondovélo and Spot Hunters.
The complex also features two complementary fitness and wellness concepts: a high-performance training club specialising in HYROX and ATHX, and a dedicated mind-and-body studio offering yoga, Pilates, Lagree and sculpt classes, complemented by a recovery centre with cold baths and massage treatments.
Beyond sport, MOOV includes a vibrant food hall with restaurants and outdoor terraces, as well as 3,600 sqm of premium office space, fully leased to Septeo, a European leader in legal and AI-powered software.
The experience extends outdoors with dedicated sports infrastructure, including a street-workout area and pump track.

Stepped waterfront residence on Di Lido Island, built in board-formed concrete and planted at every level — green roofs, cascading balcony gardens and a rooftop pergola above the canopy. Terraces descend to a freeform pool, lawn and private dock on the canal.

Two curved travertine pavilions with timber louvres and planted roof edges are joined by a covered walkway, and a serpentine pool threads between the house and the tree.
